Gas dispensers generally have three types of gas filling methods, including quantitative gas filling, unconventional gas filling, and non-quantitative gas filling. Usually, there are more quantitative gas filling. The general step is to set the gas volume or amount on the dispenser, and then click the aerating button until the gas volume value is reached. The quantitative gas filling step will be specifically demonstrated below.
1, connect the air compressor
First, park the car next to the air compressor, then remove the air gun from the gun box of the air compressor and insert it into the air supply port on the car. Make sure the gun valve of the air compressor is off. Refill.
2, start to refill
Open the valve and gun valve of the car cylinder in turn, and observe whether the pressure value of the car bottle displayed on the dispenser needs to be refilled. After confirming the error, click the airing button on the dispenser keyboard. When you hear the beeping sound of the airing machine continuously, it means that the filling is completed, or the air volume has reached its own set value.
3. End the refueling
First, turn off the valve of the car cylinder, and then put the arrow of the handle on the gun valve to “empty state”. This step is very important and easy to be ignored by the majority of owners. This action eliminates the high pressure gas inside the gas pipe. It not only effectively protects the refueling pipeline, but also avoids direct damage to the owner. After exhausting the air, put the air gun back into the original box of the dispenser. This ends the entire refueling process.
